PRAYER

Prayer is communication with God. God created us humans and wants a living relationship. Through prayer we come into God’s presence. We can praise and praise him, thank him, ask for forgiveness.
We can entrust everything to him: our wishes, our joy and also our worries and fears. God hears all prayers, no concern is too small or too big for him.
We can also pray for other people.
Prayer is speaking to God. I pray in my own words, just as it is on my heart. I don’t need a special language. If I miss the words, I pray for example the psalms or “our Father in heaven”, the prayer that the Lord has taught us.
Always be happy, pray without ceasing, be thankful in all things; for that is the will of God in Christ Jesus to you.
