Praise is more than just music. Praise is communication with God. We praise God for what He is and what He has done for us humans. Through his son we are freed from all sin and have access to God the Father again and again.
We look away from worries and everyday life and turn to the glory and greatness of God. We worship.
This creates an inner gratitude, we experience the presence of God.
